Terms & Conditions — ju77 Platform

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ju77 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ju77 online betting and gaming platform available at ju77.bid and any associated mobile applications.

1.2 By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the ju77 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the ju77 platform and close your account.

1.4 ju77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.1 To register and use a ju77 account, you must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Persons below this age are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering, or using the platform in any capacity.

2.2 You must be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence. Corporate entities may not register personal player accounts.

2.3 You warrant that your use of the ju77 platform does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming activities in your location before using the platform.

2.4 ju77 may require you to submit identity verification documents ("KYC") at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence, along with proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension.

2.5 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of ju77 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.

3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ju77 platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your correct date of birth, your active Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. ju77 will not be held liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ju77 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct credentials will be treated as having been conducted by you personally.

3.4 You must notify the ju77 support team immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your account. ju77 will investigate all reported incidents but cannot accept liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security.

Account Closure

3.5 You may request closure of your ju77 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable withdrawal fees and pending bet settlements will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.

4.1 All funds on the ju77 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via supported payment channels are converted to PKR at the time of transaction where applicable, using the prevailing rate at the time of processing.

4.2 ju77 currently accepts deposits through the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, direct bank transfer, QR Pay, and Cash OTC through authorised collection points. Available methods may change without prior notice.

4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the cashier section of your ju77 account at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

4.4 You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned, and the associated ju77 account will be subject to review.

4.5 ju77 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment service provider (e.g., JazzCash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. ju77 is not responsible for fees levied by external payment processors.

5.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds into your ju77 account, or to a verified account confirmed to belong to you. This measure is in place to prevent money laundering and protect players.

5.2 All withdrawals require a fully verified (KYC-complete) account. ju77 will not process any withdrawal from an account where identity verification remains incomplete.

5.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers: within one business hour during standard banking hours
• Other bank transfers: up to one business day

5.4 ju77 reserves the right to impose additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds, or where transaction patterns indicate unusual activity. Such checks will not typically delay the withdrawal by more than 24 hours unless documentation is outstanding.

5.5 Bonus funds are not withdrawable directly. Only real-money funds that satisfy the applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

6.1 All bets placed on the ju77 platform — including sports betting (cricket, football, UFC, and other covered events), live casino games, and electronic slot games — are final once confirmed. ju77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

6.2 ju77 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was accepted due to a manifest technical error or system malfunction;
• The odds or game outcome data displayed was clearly erroneous;
• The event underlying the bet was cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined;
• Evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or sporting irregularity relating to the event is identified by recognised sporting authorities.

6.3 For cricket markets — including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and ODIs — specific settlement rules apply to events affected by weather delays, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, and over reductions. These rules are published in the Cricket Betting Rules section accessible from your account.

6.4 The use of any automated betting software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets on ju77 is strictly prohibited. Accounts found using automation will be permanently suspended without prior warning.

7.1 ju77 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

7.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and validity period will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms.

7.3 The following constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, along with potential account suspension:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus mechanics;
• Placing bets that hedge or cover opposing outcomes to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements;
• Any other conduct that ju77 determines, in its reasonable discretion, constitutes exploitation of promotional offers.

7.4 ju77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that rights already vested in respect of bets placed prior to the amendment are not affected.

8.1 ju77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling may become problematic, and we take our duty of care to those individuals seriously.

8.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ju77 account holders directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when your active session exceeds a defined duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ju77 platform.

8.3 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission and take effect across all sections of the platform simultaneously. During a self-exclusion period, ju77 will make reasonable efforts to ensure the excluded player does not receive promotional communications.

9.1 All content on the ju77 platform — including but not limited to the ju77 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and odds data — is the intellectual property of ju77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ju77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as a registered player. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform by any means;
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software component of the platform;
• Create derivative works based on the platform content.

9.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or comments you provide to ju77 regarding the platform may be used by ju77 without compensation or attribution to you.

10.1 The ju77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults, particularly during periods of high traffic such as major PSL matches or ICC tournament fixtures.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ju77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 ju77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's ju77 account at the time the claim arises.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.1 ju77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors) may be made without prior notification.

11.2 The current version of these Terms is always available at ju77.bid/terms-conditions. The date at the top of this document reflects the date the most recent revision came into effect.

11.3 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ju77 holds its operating licence. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where local mandatory consumer protection laws confer jurisdiction on local courts.

11.4 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
